The Barrio Gotico (medieval town) is another piece of fascinating history of Barcelona.
The city is probably best known for its abundance of stunning architecture, by artists such as Gaudi. La Sagrada Familia, Gaudi’s unfinished cathedral, is a special highlight. Barcelona also has some history of the sport, have been following the Summer Olympics of 1992 held at Montjuic. Today, the Olympic Village, built for the games have been converted into an attraction in itself, including the two tallest buildings in Spain.
